hockey

success for

matthew

We were delighted that Matthew Kettley was
named as one of the best 18 players in the
Birmingham JRPC earlier this term. Matt went
on to be selected to play in the England Hockey
Futures Cup at Cannock Hockey Club at the start
of November. The Futures Cup is an elite selection
tournament which sees the best 72 players in
the country vying to make the fnal England U18
Hockey Squad. Matthew was not selected for the
fnal group but nonetheless performed superbly
against the cream of England’s school boys. We
wish him well with his continued hockey career
at the highest level.
