chelsea rides KhVIII relay race 2014 rugby

to success King Henry VIII School hosted over 400 runners in the annual Relay Race on 5th February,


with boys and girls competing from over 60 schools across England. The race featured on
BBC Coventry and Warwickshire in the morning, when Mr Andrews discussed the proud
history our school has in this race, which started in 1972. Schools from as far afeld as
Kent, North Yorkshire and even food–hit Somerset all travelled to the rain-lashed War
Memorial Park, where the event was successfully held despite the awful weather.
